1. What are your shipping rates?

Our shipping rates are:

1. If your order is more than $399 you get a free shipping.
2. If your order is less than 35SF you will receive thru UPS or USPS.
3. If your order is more than 35SF you will receive your order thru a freight company. Remember if that is the case we’re going to contact you to schedule it.

 

2. How long does it take to ship my order?

Products available in our warehouse are shipped out within 2 business days from the day that you placed your order. The delivery time is normally in between 3-5 business days unless there is backordered item in your order. If that is the case our customer service will contact you by phone or email.

Curbside freight deliveries requires an appointment and it is schedule directly with the assigned carrier.

 

3. Can I track my order?

Yes you can always track your order online at www.exfloorit.com. Remember, you must be logged in order to check the status of your order/ shipping. However, we will always keep you update thru email with the status. Check your inbox and make sure the email info@exfloorit.com is not going to your spam box.

 

4. What should I expect when my order is delivered?

If your order was less than 35SF you should expect a UPS shipping front door delivery. A signature is not required for this method. However please note that it is a UPS discretion if a person needed to be there. If they decide the area looks unsafe or conditions not suitable (raining or uncovered porch for example) they will not leave the package but they will leave a note. They will make three delivery attempts and then send it back to us.

 

5. What is curb side delivery?

When you order a larger quantity of tiles/ stones (more than 35SF) your products will be shipped on a pallet by a freight company at the edge the property or “curbside”.
